Engineering Company Prof. Katzenbach is a successfully international acting Consulting Engineer & Designer since 1993, with 3 locations in Germany and the main office in Frankfurt am Main. Due to a significant number of projects in Eastern Europe, the subsidiary Engineering Company Prof. Katzenbach and Partners –Ukraine LLC in Kyiv was founded in 2009.

The company is specialized in Geotechnical and Structural Engineering and has wide experience in the fields of structural and foundation design in severe soil conditions, deep excavations, slope stabilization, tunnelling, coastal engineering, environmental geotechnics, geothermal design, and renewable energy, especially wind energy projects.

The founders of the company are acting as publicly certified Experts for Geotechnics and Independent Checking Engineers working with their expertise for national and international courts of justice, arbitration committees, insurance companies, state ministries, building authorities and great international banks, as well as for private firms and investors.


The company participates in numerous wind projects providing services varying from technical consultancy, third-party review of structural design and optimization of foundation design to design of wind turbine foundations, supporting structures and foundations for solar panels as well as master planning.
