A syndicate of international financial institutions, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) on EUR 157 million financing for OKKO Group's wind power project in Ukraine, supporting the country's energy security and green transition.
  2. Green for Growth Fund (GGF) on its equity and debt investment in a Ukrainian solar power project platform.
  3. MND a.s., a leading Czech energy group, on its acquisition of a 50% interest in the 54.6 MW Oriv wind power plant in Ukraine.
  4. Scatec Solar ASA on the development and securing of two solar power projects in Ukraine.
  5. Scatec ASA on the EUR 100 million financing of its 190 MW solar portfolio in Romania by EIB, EBRD and BCR.
  6. Goldbeck Solar Investment on:

    • the acquisition of a Ukrainian solar project with a total installed capacity of 24.29 MWp;
    • the establishment of a joint venture with EBRD for a renewable energy portfolio in Ukraine;
    • project structuring, EPC arrangements and construction documentation for solar projects in Ukraine;
    • complex Ukrainian tax, regulatory and contractual aspects of PV plant development and construction.
