NOTA ENERGY LLC is a full-cycle developer and engineering company specializing in renewable energy projects across Eastern European markets.

The company is developing the Khmelnytska Hybrid Wind Farm — a 120 MW wind power plant integrated with an 80 MWh energy storage system (ESS).

The Khmelnytska Hybrid Wind Farm is one of the first hybrid projects of this scale in Ukraine.

The project is located in the Khmelnytskyi region. The designated grid connection point is the Khmelnytska 330 kV substation, at the 110 kV busbar level. A capacity reservation agreement has been signed with NPC Ukrenergo, and the relevant reservation fee has been paid, amounting to more than 10% of the estimated grid connection cost.

Wind measurements for the project will be carried out by Fichtner GmbH. The project is considering the Nordex N175 wind turbine with a capacity of 6.8 MW, a hub height of 142 m, and an average wind speed at this height of 7.5–7.7 m/s. The projected annual wind farm generation (P50) is 435.7 GWh, with a capacity factor exceeding 37%.

The project is led by a team with many years of experience in the wind energy sector:

Andrii Yatsentiuk (Director, Co-owner) — 15+ years of business experience and 6+ years in the energy sector across the Netherlands, Moldova, Romania, and Ukraine;

Serhii Chemeryskyi (Technical Director in Ukraine) — more than 11 years of hands-on experience in the development, implementation, and operation of wind power projects.

The goal of NOTA ENERGY is to bring the Khmelnytska Hybrid Wind Farm to Ready-to-Build (RTB) status by Q1 2028 and contribute to strengthening and decarbonizing Ukraine’s energy system through flexible generation integrated with energy storage.

The company is open to partnerships with strategic investors, either for the joint implementation of the construction phase (up to 50% of the investment) or for the 100% sale of the project at the RTB stage under a forward contract.
